Feel Respected
by CRCS teams and services.
Purpose and Wellbeing recognises that people thrive when they can grow, adapt, and find meaning in their lives. By nurturing resilience and supporting positive change, CRCS helps individuals build a sense of purpose and strengthen their overall wellbeing.
Programs Making a Difference
Every CRCS program helps people grow, adapt and build confidence in different ways. From early learning to therapeutic support, each one strengthens resilience, promotes wellbeing, and creates opportunities for positive change across our community.
Bridge to Brighter Futures
Partnership with Canberra Institute of Technology
Bridge to Brighter Futures empowers young people aged 17–24 to build confidence, gain practical skills, and prepare for work or study. In partnership with CIT Canberra, the program nurtures growth, resilience and pathways to a purposeful future.

Bungee Arts Resilience for Children and Young People
Through art and creativity, Bungee helps young people build confidence, express emotions and develop lifelong skills for resilience and self-belief — supporting positive change and a stronger sense of purpose and wellbeing.
Wellbeings
At Wellbeings, people of all ages find support to grow, recover and thrive. Our psychologists and counsellors help build resilience and confidence, guiding individuals and families toward strengthening their wellbeing through positive, lasting change.

Neurodevelopment Early Intervention Support and Training (NEIST)
NEIST gives children with developmental needs the chance to grow with confidence. By building vital life skills and involving families every step, the program strengthens resilience, promotes inclusion, and creates meaningful pathways for children to thrive in school and life.
Planned Support for Young People
Planned Support provides vulnerable young people with a safe, supportive environment to address immediate needs like housing, health, and wellbeing. Through one-on-one support, we help build stability, confidence, and pathways towards education, work, and brighter futures.

Supporting Parents, Strengthening Futures
Every $1 invested in family support delivers up to $3 in social return across health, education and justice outcomes.
CRCS strengthens family wellbeing through early intervention and evidence-based support. When parents feel confident and connected, children thrive. By investing in strong family relationships, we’re building the foundations for better mental health for everyone.
Early Childhood Centres
Through high-quality early education, CRCS helps children grow in confidence, wellbeing and resilience. Families find trust and support, knowing their children are safe, valued and developing strong foundations for lifelong learning and positive change.

Real People, Real Connections
Behind every program are real stories of growth and resilience — people discovering purpose, rebuilding confidence and finding new ways to strengthen their wellbeing.

Lucy’s Story: Support for Children and Families
At just nine, Lucy and her parents worked with Wellbeings. Through drawing and storytelling, she found safe ways to share her feelings, rebuild connection, and rediscover her confidence.

Jason’s Story: From Overwhelmed to In Control
With Wellbeings’ support, Jason regained control over stress, lifted his work performance, and discovered that with the right tools and guidance, his workplace could become part of the solution.

Max’s Story: Exploring Emotions and Kindness
Through Bungee, Max discovered how kindness and creativity can turn frustration into understanding. His artwork – and his first public speech – became powerful steps in building confidence, purpose and emotional wellbeing.

Jamie Finding Confidence Through Learning
Jamie, once shy, grew confident and curious through playful sessions with his educator Maria. Now he asks questions, shares jokes, and joins play — a transformation his family calls “amazing.”

Timmy the Turtle and the Reconciliation Garden GECC
