How to enrol 

Start by downloading the CRCS Enrolment Guide (PDF, 388KB). It explains how to enrol your child in our early childhood education and care services. 

If you don’t have access to a computer, you can use the paper enrolment form attached. Complete it and return it to the centre you would like to enrol at. 

Once you’ve read the guide, register through the My Family Lounge portal on this page. 

If you’re using My Family Lounge for the first time, click ‘Register’ and follow the prompts. 

If you already have a My Family Lounge account (for example, with another service), you can use your existing login details. Then select the CRCS service you’d like and complete your enrolment. 

The registration process 

The process has three simple stages: 

Stage 1

  • Register through the My Family Lounge portal on this page  
  • Create a profile for your family  
  • Add your child’s details  
  • Submit a booking request  

Our Children’s Services Admin Team will review your request. If we can meet your needs, we’ll send you an offer for care. 

You can then move to Stage 2. 

Stage 2

  • Accept your placement offer  
  • Complete the enrolment form  
  • Upload all required documents  
  • Submit your enrolment form  

Stage 3

  • Select ‘Confirm’ to finalise your enrolment  
  • Approve your enrolment for your education and care service through your myGov account
