My Family Lounge to manage your child’s enrolment, bookings and absences in one easy place.
Education and Care
My Family Lounge is our online booking and enrolment system. It gives you one simple place to manage your child’s enrolment and bookings.
You can use it on your computer or through the My Family Lounge app on your phone.
What you can do in My Family Lounge
With My Family Lounge, you can:
- book casual days for your child
- view a calendar with current availability at your centre
- manage bookings for more than one child using one login
- mark your child as absent for a permanent booking
- cancel a casual booking you no longer need
- turn on notifications for important updates, including Child Care Subsidy reminders and annual re-enrolment information.
It is designed to make things easier for you and give you quick access to the information you need.
How do you access it?
You can log in to My Family Lounge online or download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
This gives you flexible access wherever you are, whether you are at home, at work or on the go.
