Free Drop-In Health Clinic for Young People at the Belconnen Youth Centre
Young people in Belconnen now have easier access to free, confidential health and wellbeing support with the arrival of the T25 Clinic at Belconnen Youth Centre.
Every Thursday from 2pm to 5pm the T25 Clinic van, Mini Pat, will be on-site offering a safe and welcoming space for young people aged 12 to 25. There’s no need for an appointment – just drop in when you need support.
What Support Is Available
The T25 team provides non-judgmental, person-centred care for a wide range of concerns, including mental health, relationships, body image, vaping, alcohol and drug use, sexual health and general wellbeing. The clinic is staffed by experienced nurses, GPs, mental health workers, alcohol and drug practitioners, youth workers and a wellbeing team – all dedicated to listening, supporting and empowering young people.
Why It Matters
For many young people, having a trusted place to ask questions and get professional advice can make all the difference. T25 offers a relaxed, confidential setting where they can seek help alone or with a friend or family member. By bringing this service to Belconnen, we’re ensuring more young people get the support they need before issues escalate.
CRCS is proud to host this initiative in partnership with Directions Health Services, Woden Community Services and Meridian ACT, making essential health support more accessible for young people in our community.
