Celebrating Early Childhood Educators’ Day at Bruce Early Childhood Centre
To recognise the dedication and contributions of our amazing educators, the team at Bruce Early Childhood Centre had a memorable time celebrating Early Childhood Educators’ Day on 4 September 2024.
Centre Director Navpreet ensured the day was special by organising a delicious spread in the staff room that included croissants, biscuits, chocolates, cupcakes and more. Navpreet also gifted each educator a personalised gift bag to show her appreciation for their hard work.
It was a happy day filled with meaningful interactions with the children. It is heartwarming to witness the strong relationships that flourish between the children and their educators. Their relationships are built on trust, care and genuine connection—bonds create a supportive environment where every child feels secure and valued.
Bruce Early Childhood Centre is fortunate to have an exceptional team of educators who go above and beyond in their roles every day. This team includes Navpreet, Amy, Faith, Ingrid, Nadira, Shirley, Hiromi, Seela, Livia, Jianan, Vishva, and Lucy. Each of these educators brings their unique skills and enthusiasm to the centre, making it a truly special place for children to learn and grow.
Nadira, who has been with CRCS for over 20 years, deserves special recognition for her commitment to early childhood education. Her dedication to nurturing and educating young children has had a meaningful impact on both her colleagues and the families she supports.
The team at Bruce sent out a special message to families on the day: “We want to extend our sincere gratitude to the Bruce families. Your support and partnership are essential to the success of our community.”
CRCS is dedicated to building a culture at our early childhood centres that emphasises collaboration with families and the community.
Together we create opportunities for the children in our care, ensuring they receive the highest levels of support, attention, and affection. Our educators play a vital role in shaping the foundation for lifelong learning, guiding children through their formative years with expertise and compassion. They create environments that inspire curiosity, growth, and emotional wellbeing while ensuring each child’s individual needs are met.
We are grateful for all they do, every day.
