Let’s talk today

Wellbeings is a multidisciplinary, allied health practice that believes in accessible, holistic mental health care for clients of all ages and backgrounds.

Our team of experienced and qualified professionals have extensive experience working with children, young people, adults and families.

The team provides high-quality, evidence-based psychology, counselling and speech pathology services in a welcoming environment to ensure you get the right support to help you manage your mental health and cope with life’s challenges.

Holistic service

From assessment to intervention, we will support and advise you on every step to help you improve your health and well-being.

We take a person-centred, compassionate and evidence-based approach tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences. This includes offering support online where appropriate or required.

Our allied health services can be complemented by our wide range of other programs and services offered by other parts of Capital Region Community Services and through our connections with other services across the Canberra region.

Psychology and counselling

Our psychologists and social workers provide tailored psychological assessment, education and therapeutic interventions to address a range of life challenges and mental health concerns.

Speech pathology

We provide holistic, person-centred and affirming speech pathology services for children and adults with communication difficulties. This includes speech, language and phonological awareness assessments and therapy, and services for people using alternative and augmentative communication devices.

Please note that we operate on a fee-for-service basis.
