Budawang Early Learning Centre Opening Event
Budawang Early Learning Centre recently celebrated its opening with an enjoyable and intimate event. Kirsty Allen delivered a heartfelt Welcome to Country. Liza Butler MP thanked Capital Region Community Services for establishing the early education centre and shared her hopes for its future. She envisioned extending the provision of education and care in the region.
Liza Butler MP also cut the celebratory cake, and attendees enjoyed face painting and various activities. Decorations for the Tree of Hearts were made in anticipation of Reconciliation Week.
Budawang Early Learning Centre is much more than just childcare. Their curriculum focuses on learning through play, fostering connections, and ensuring high-quality education and care for all children. As a not-for-profit centre, Budawang Early Learning Centre is dedicated to building a strong local community. Educators loved the additional opportunity to connect with families at the event. The centre is passionate about their holistic approach to education and care, involving families in every step of their child’s early learning journey.
Special thanks to Bunnings for their pebble donation (for the children to paint on), Capital Region Community Services for their support, and the Milton Ulladulla Lions Club for providing a sausage sizzle.
