The Community Connections component of the Planned Support program places a strong emphasis on helping young people form connections within their community. It recognises the importance of social support and a sense of belonging for the overall well-being of young individuals. By providing opportunities for young people to connect with others, the program helps them to build a support network that can provide them with emotional and practical support.
