Please read our statement on ceasing providing NDIS Support Coordination services.

What is the NDIS?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an Australian Government initiative to provide a person-centered support system that gives people with disability choice and control over the services and supports they need.

The NDIS focuses on removing many barriers that are faced by people living with disability and their families and carers. CRCS provides certain NDIS supports as a registered provider to all agency (portal) plan, and self-managed participants; and other supports as an unregistered provider to plan and self-managed participants only in compliance with NDIA rules.  CRCS actively advocates and works to support positive inclusion for all people in our community.

Your goals, your way

CRCS is committed to providing the highest quality of service and flexibility to meet individual needs. As an NDIS service provider, CRCS works with people to achieve their goals by:

  • Coordinating your supports – not sure where to start with the NDIS? We can help you put a plan into action, from application to finding the right support for you
  • Providing greater flexibility, choice, and control – you choose the services that are tailored to meet your needs
  • Increasing participation in your community – through your selected services you will meet new people and try new things,
  • Understanding and respecting your individuality

Important information about NDIS services

Service agreements

Arrangements for services CRCS offers as a registered provider are captured in a Service Agreement.  Service Agreements with CRCS are a key source of information as they provide information about your agreed supports; responsibilities of CRCS, you and your Delegate; payment arrangements including GST; cancellations; privacy; changes to your Service Agreement; and how to provide feedback and raise concerns.

CRCS Terms and Conditions of Business for NDIA Participants

A copy of CRCS Terms and Conditions of Business for NDIS Participants is appended to all NDIS participants’ Service Agreements for transparency during the Service Agreement process. The most recent version of the Terms and Conditions document is available upon request or can be viewed/downloaded here.
