CHSP transport

We understand that transport can be a challenge for many seniors, which is why we offer a reliable and convenient solution to support members of our community with a Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) package who have been assessed by My Aged Care as requiring community transport services. This program is available for people aged 65 and over and for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people aged 50 and over. You must first register with and be assessed by My Aged Care before we can provide services.
