Bungee is an inclusive resilience-building program that promotes social connection and emotional well-being through the arts. The program supports children and young people (aged five to 18).
Bungee offers a suite of art-based programs in schools and community settings. It fosters a supportive environment that encourages participants to socially connect with others and develop new and existing artistic skills.
Bungee classes operate across the ACT and are facilitated in a small, safe, and supportive group setting. The program is a series of interactive and structured workshops that are tailored to the individual skill level, needs and interests of the enrolled participants.
Tuning in to Teens®
Are you looking for further support for you and your teen?
Tuning in to Teens® A free six-week workshop series for parents and carers of children aged 10-18 years who want to build stronger relationships with their teens.
In these interactive sessions, you’ll learn emotion coaching and simple, practical skills to help your teen recognise and manage their emotions before they become overwhelming.
By learning to talk about feelings and resolve conflicts, you can help your teen build emotional strength and resilience.
