CRCS is proud to share a new video showcasing what makes our Early Childhood Centres such special places for children and families.
For many families, choosing early childhood education starts with a simple hope – to find somewhere their child will be safe, happy and well cared for. At CRCS, that’s where we begin… but it’s not where we stop.
Across our early childhood centres, one thing stays the same: we see every child as an individual; capable, curious and full of potential. We take the time to really get to know each child (what they enjoy, how they learn, what they need) and we shape our care and learning around them.
We also work closely with families, because we know parents are a child’s first teacher. Whether it’s sharing milestones, talking through changes, or supporting development together, we see this as a genuine partnership between home and the centre. And when extra support is helpful, we can connect families with CRCS Child and Family Practitioners, providing guidance with parenting, early childhood development and family wellbeing.
At the heart of everything we do is a simple belief — every child should be seen, heard and respected. That belief shapes our practice every day. It’s reflected in the calm, welcoming, homely environments we create… the way educators connect with children, and the trust families feel when they walk through our doors.
You’ll see this approach across all three CRCS Early Childhood Centres — Belconnen Regional Early Childhood Centre (BRECC), Ginninderra Early Childhood Centre (GECC), and Budawang Early Learning Centre in Milton, NSW. Each centre is part of its local community, but all share the same commitment to nurturing children and supporting families.
Our new video brings this philosophy to life — sharing the voices of our educators and leaders, and showing what everyday learning, care and connection look like in our centres.
We invite you to watch the video and see the difference for yourself.
Families often tell us they notice something special when they visit — the relationships, the warmth, and the way children are genuinely known and supported. Many also value the broader supports available through CRCS, from family programs to practical guidance when it’s needed.

One parent recently shared:
“Our toddler attends BRECC three days a week, and we sleep well at night knowing he’s in the best place. We can see how much he’s learning, and how much fun he’s having. The educators are truly wonderful, and we know he’s treated as an individual. They genuinely care about him — his interests, dietary requirements, developmental stage — and they meet him where he is while helping him grow.”
If you’d like to learn more, we encourage you to watch the video and book a tour to experience our centres in person. And if you don’t need an Early Childhood Centre right now, please consider sharing this with a family who might.
