Belconnen Community Centre volunteers connect with community members to access and build their experience. They enable the running of events and activities at our Social Bean Café and Emporium.

If you want to help us help our community, or have a skill you want to share, please express your interest in being a volunteer in our Emporium!

Volunteers help in the day-to-day activities of the Community Centre, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors, and supporting our initiatives and services.

As you volunteer, you might be involved in activities including, but not limited to:

  • managing Emporium sales and displays
  • preparing for and closing down events
  • helping with event promotions, registrations and on-the-day logistics.

In return, we offer to help you engage in continuous learning opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
