Getting to appointments, social activities or the shops shouldn’t be stressful, and that’s where our Living Well transport service comes in.
At CRCS, our transport team is known for being reliable, friendly and genuinely supportive. Many of our drivers become familiar faces, helping you feel comfortable and confident every time you travel with us.
We know that transport bookings are a vital part of your day, and we want to make sure you feel confident about when and how you’ll hear from us. To help avoid confusion, here’s a quick guide to how CRCS Transport sends booking confirmations by SMS.
If your booking includes both a pick-up and a return trip, you will receive two separate SMS notifications:
- One SMS for your pick-up
- One SMS for your return journey
Each leg of your travel is confirmed separately, even if it’s part of the same booking.
In most cases, the pick-up SMS will arrive before the return SMS. This is normal and expected. Because the SMS messages look very similar, it’s important to check both messages carefully.
What to Look for in Each Message
While the messages may appear the same, each SMS includes a different date and time.
These details match your specific transport requirements for each part of your journey, so please take a moment to read both messages fully.
All transport confirmation SMS messages are sent the afternoon before your scheduled travel.
Once you receive your SMS confirmations review the date, time, and destination in each message; if anything looks incorrect or unclear, please contact us as soon as possible on 02 6278 8124

We’re Here to Help
We understand that receiving multiple messages can be confusing, and we appreciate your patience. Checking both SMS messages helps ensure your travel runs smoothly and on time.
