Compliance and Governance
Annual Report 2024 - 2025

Keeping our Standards High
Good governance means people can trust CRCS to provide safe, high-quality services. In 2024–25 we carried out more than 400 hours of quality audits and completed 136 improvement actions. We maintained our accreditation against the QIC Health and Community Services Standards, Secure Local Jobs Certification and worked with Dementia Australia to identify potential accessibility improvements. We also kept a strong focus on child safety and workplace wellbeing.
Governance is not just about rules. It’s about making sure people feel safe, respected, and informed when they choose CRCS. Clear policies and rights statements help participants understand their options. Strong risk management keeps services safe. Accessible feedback and complaints processes give people real ways to shape their experience.
Our latest survey reflects this commitment: most participants told us they trust CRCS, feel respected and rate the quality of services highly.
