Wellbeings is a multidisciplinary, allied health practice that believes in accessible, holistic mental health care for clients of all ages, needs, and backgrounds.
We are delighted to announce we are accepting new referrals with the commencement of Molly Havyatt.
Molly Havyatt
Registered Psychologist and Psychology Registrar

Molly completed her clinical training at the ANU and has worked in community, university, and public health settings. She is able to provide clinical assessment, psychoeducation, psychological interventions, and psychotherapy to support people who are experiencing stress, trauma, adjustment difficulties, grief and loss, emotional dysregulation, feelings of low self-worth, anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions.
Molly’s therapeutic approach is guided by her clients’ individual needs and draws on her training and experience delivering cognitive behavioural therapies (CBT/ACT/DBT), motivational interviewing, psychodynamic therapies (AEDP/Gestalt), mindfulness, and self-compassion practices. She has a special interest in attachment theory, stressor and trauma related disorders, schizophrenia disorders, emotion dysregulation and working with emotions to improve symptoms of anxiety and depression.
Molly is available four days per week and accepting new referrals for adults aged 18+.

Capital Region Community Services (CRCS) is proud to announce that Connect Up has found its new home with us. Connect Up is a program developed by and for locals to help people aged 18 to 30s who live, work or study in the Belconnen region to meet others and share experiences.
As Program Manager for Living Well Aged Care, Dominique (known as Domi) brings a wealth of experience and compassion to the team. With a background as a rehabilitation nurse, Domi has spent many years working with older people and encouraging them to live independently.
Margaret is one of the many friendly faces who joined CRCS’s Involve program after participating in the Communities at Work social groups. We recently asked her to share a bit about herself as part of our effort to get to know each other better and celebrate the diverse experiences within our group.
This year our Involve group is creating something special – a storytelling quilt made up of memories and experiences. We’re calling it Moments in Time because each quilt square captures a memory or moment, or even a series of moments, that the maker feels deeply connected to and wants to share.
