Participant Voice

Participant voice means ensuring the experiences, perspectives and preferences of the people we support shape the services they receive. CRCS has clear pathways for participants to share feedback, concerns and ideas, including our organisation-wide participant survey. We listen, take feedback seriously and use it to improve how programs and services are designed and delivered.

We also develop age-appropriate materials and feedback approaches so children can have a meaningful say in matters affecting them. Alongside listening, we measure the impact our programs and services make in people’s lives.

92%
of participants said CRCS consults with them and provides choice and control over the services they receive.

Programs making a difference

Every story is different, but the goal is the same: to help people feel heard, respected and in control of their life. CRCS supports individuals to shape what happens next, from setting goals to making decisions that matter most to them.

Education and Care

Across our Early Childhood Centres (ECC) and Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services, children’s interests, ideas and choices guide learning and play, while families share insights that help educators tailor support, strengthen relationships and continuously improve children’s experiences and outcomes.

100% of surveyed participants trusted CRCS to do the right thing by them.
