The Healthy Habits program consists of weekly sessions over eight consecutive weeks and covers a range of topics relevant to enhancing family connection and child development.

Through the free program, parents and carers will gain a deeper understanding of their child's needs and learn practical strategies to support their development. Topics include:

  • early literacy
  • physical development
  • speech and language development
  • attachment and connection
  • emotional health.

Healthy Habits provides a supportive and collaborative environment for parents and carers to connect with each other and share their experiences. Ultimately, this program aims to empower parents and carers to build strong, healthy relationships with their children, laying the foundation for a lifetime of positive outcomes.

Morning tea for adults and children is provided.
