Each year, CRCS asks people who use our services to tell us how we’re going.
We want to know what’s working well, what has made a difference for you, and where we can do better.
Your feedback helps us improve our services and make sure they continue to meet the needs of our community.
We encourage everyone who has used or engaged with a CRCS service to take a few minutes to complete our Annual Participant Survey.

You can complete the survey if you’ve used or engaged with a CRCS service in the past year, including attending a program, receiving support, using transport, joining an activity, or contacting our team.

Your feedback is confidential.
Survey responses are used to help us understand what we are doing well and where we can improve.
