The Healthy Habits program consists of eight sessions and covers a range of topics relevant to enhancing family connection and child development.

Topics include:

  • Early literacy
  • Physical development
  • Speech and language development
  • Attachment and connection
  • Emotional health

Through this program, parents and carers will gain a deeper understanding of their child's needs and learn practical strategies to support their development. Healthy Habits provides a supportive and collaborative environment for parents and carers to connect with each other and share their experiences. Ultimately, this program aims to empower parents and carers to build strong, healthy relationships with their children, laying the foundation for a lifetime of positive outcomes.

Morning tea for adults and children is provided.

Dates:

The program runs for 8 weeks during term time. Term 3 is currenlty running from 28th of July to 15th of September 2023.

Time:

Session times run from 9:30am-11:30am on Fridays for 8 weeks.
